I was booked on indigo flight 6e-5126 from mumbai to delhi on 20.12.17 @ 9.30 (Pnr h9w17c), due to an accident suffered on the previous night i was absolutely not in a position to walk and requested wheelchair assistance from the indigo staff and was flatly refused in a very rude manner (Was even told that such assistance has to be requested 48 hrs in advance, as though accidents happen in an elective manner).
