Rude behavior by ground staffs to fellow traveller regarding hand luggage. The indigo flight 6E 72 time was 7.20pm for departure from dxb to cok and it got delayed due to flight arrival late and departed by 9pm.

All passengers were really pissed off. flight was full. Boarding call start around 8.30 pm. Once final board checking done and walking through jet way to board flight at excess baggage drop area one of fellow passenger been stopped by indigo staff and told the baggage is not allowded because of size and started shouting at passenger, fellow passenger was really afraid. His baggage was less than the size which is allowded. To do a showoff kind indigo staff shouting at the poor passenger. Other passenger seen this questioned indigo staff. And asked the real reason. Your ground staff was literally nothing to answer and allowded the fellow passenger to board. Still the passenger who questioned ths staff waited for indigo staff to give a proper reason why he stopped the fellow passenger. Indigo staff was telling some rubbish answers.

It very bad some times Staff treating passengers
Especially have seen south Indians labour etc passengers who travel to native after 2 or 3 years.
I personally feel very bad to see rude behavior to the passenger. What attitude indigo staff having. Indigo flight attended behavior is well and good. Atleast give some teaininh to indigo ground staff how to talk to customer without shouting.
