Due to flight delay missing the next flight but the airline did nothing even without arranging for flight, food n accomodation . how can the airline turn a deaf ear when pleading to arrange for the customer satisfaction. Will surely lodge a complaint to consumer forum

From chennai indigo flight was suppose to take off at 7.55 am up to kolkata but it was delay by one n half hour. And from Kolkata to reach imphal, take off time of jetairway is around 12pm. As indigo is already delay the flight from Kolkata is also miss. When complaining the matter to both airlines they did nothing even the basic need. No refund, no arrangement for flight, no accomodation n nothing. Booking new ticket is the only option to reach the destination.please look into this matter.thank you
