Indigo Airlines — services not provided and lost my favourite book

Sir/Maam, Good evening... 1. Regret ...please note that my special services / complementary meal (in-spite of the same was booked ) not provided during my onward journey to New Delhi on 21.05.2015 (Refer PNR No FD9NMX; FLIGHT NO 6E 246) from Kolkata. However this special services /complementary meal was provided during the return Journey...Request clarify. 2. It is also very interesting to note that, during my return journey(on 22.05.2015;flight No 6E 201), I requested the flight attendant / Hostesses to collect the book from my Seat, forgotten by me, just before getting in to the A/c bus towards terminal. Surprisingly, she replied that the book is already handed over to some one else with a request to hand it over to me. Reason for such decision by the attendant/ hostesses is not understood.However, kindly intervene and revert the Name / contact no of the Pearson to whom the book was handed over. In my opinion, a CCTV footage or any other security measure inside the flight might be helpful. 3.
