I am writing you concerning my trip flight from bangalore to kolkata (6e 714), i took on 27th september, 2017.
Travel demands have made me a consistent patron of indigo from the past few years.
Here is what happened on 27th december -
I ordered for a cuppa maggi noodles as my meal on the flight. My attendant asked me to open the cup of noodles after 4 mins of pouring in the hot water into the cup. Later when i opened the cup, i spot a hair, curled up with the noodles.
The attendant after being called 3-4 times, asked me if i wanted something else instead of the noodles. So then i ordered for a veg sandwich. Even after receiving a disappointing meal at first, there was no change in second service of the meal. The sandwich which i recieved was stale, and for two days my stomach was upset. I am very disappointed with the kind of service i recieved. Above all these things the attendant was not cooperative. She didn’t have any positive attitude towards us. She had a shrill voice and showed her irritation with her actions
