I was scheduled to with my husband to goa with Indigo 9331. Where due to some unforeseen event I reached to the boarding pass window at 7:15 am where my scheduled flight was at 7.50 am. The indigo people put me and my husband in no show passenger list stating that we are delayed for boarding. Where i have personally seen them boarding passenger who reach half an hour prior to departure.
Indigo has been doing this to charge hefty amount of flight differentiation taking advantage of situation of passengers.I begged them literally to let me board the flight but instead they asked us to pay 17000 for the next flight. I really want authorities to take action against them as they have made this a business tact and sales measure. Being a low cost airline they have started earning profit in this way from passengers. If I was having 17000 Rs to pay as a flight difference why should I have choose Indigo as a airline to travel.I should have paid heavy amount like this and should have booked tickets for jet or air india.
Please take action against them its my humble request as they are fooling people who are in package fares. They spoiled my honeymoon and my desire to travel on flight. They do this when their flights are full .Where they offer seats on high price to passengers who can afford the ticket and issue NO show for passengers who are traveling on air package.
