Indigo Airlines — Suffering of pain and mental agony while travelling in indigo flight no.6e-598, hanging pnr-wetrtd

I am a regular customer of your airlines. On 30th april while i was about to land at kolkatta airport suddenly the flight could not landed due to bad weather as reported by the crew. But all of a sudden the flight became trembled like out of control and i along with all the passengers and some of your crew members suffered lots of pain which was repeatedly occurred several times and flight could not land for 2 hours. My blood pressure became high and for two days i became speechless because of said painful incident. Since it was night and i was ill i could not able to lodge any complain in time. It is quite unfortunate that none of your staff came forward to pay sympathy towards the passengers and so also no reason was also shown by your airlines to us till today which is unfortunate. The actual situation inside the plane can be assessed by viewing the cctv footage.
