[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — ticket not issued

Dear team,

I booked ticket for my friend from my credit card on 28th april 2018, saturday, but ticket not came to my email, that email id i given, ticket status is confirmed and booking reference is sytpff, kindly let me know the reaseon for non issuance of ticket on time and resolve the issue, amount already debited from account

I'm coming on Jaipur airport on 29.04.18 for flight 6E 569 Jaipur to Chennai and Chennai to vtz i come 35 minute before departure of flight but your crew not permit me for bording in flight
So I loss my money and I am a defence person so face many problems
So please refend my fee

You were booked to travel in flight 6E 569/882 from Jaipur to Visakhapatnam which was scheduled to depart at 14:05 hours on 29th April 2018. As per policy, check-in counter for the flight closes 45 minutes prior to departure. Based on our records, you reported at 13:43 hours. Since our check-in counters were already closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight.
