I tried booking a round trip tickets through Indigo website on 13th Jan 2017 from Delhi to Bangalore and bangalore to delhi back. the tickets were not booked however the money got deducted from my debit card. my temporary PNR - Ref number is LBKV5G. Money deducted from my bank account is Rs 8307. tried calling the customer service and spoke to several agents but everyone says different thing. last time i was told on 18th that i should get the money back by 25th jan if not i should call up my bank and ask for the status. i checked my online banking money has not yet been credited. called up my bank the have not received any credit from anywhere instead when i explained them the situation they asked me for a 23 digit ARN which indigo guys are denying to give. reference no given by Indigo is HHMP[protected] which is of no use.
Another transaction ID which i got while i made the booking is 4f9c6faeb89b[protected]
please help me get my money back as am already frustrated calling Indigo multiple times and everyone giving different excuses and timeline for the refund.
