Indigo Airlines — Transaction failed and loss of money

I have booked my ticket from indigo app.
A flight from indore to hyderabad for 15april of Rs 8488/-.
But when i got to complete the payment an error got occured.
Payment got deducted from my account but no ticket has formed.
I am so lost and so upset from your service.
You have lost all my believe.
I got email from citrus payment gateway.which contains.

Order Amount: 8488.00 INR
