[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Transaction failed

While booking 3 tickets through the indigo website my money was deducted but the tickets were not booked. This incident occurred on 15th January 2017. The amount deducted was Rs.12, 520. The amount has not been reversed yet despite 15 days from the date of incident. I had to pay the amount again and book my tickets while the previously deducted amount has still not been returned. Please get my amount reversed.
