I booked a flight with indigo from hyderabad to kolkata with booking id nf[protected] and email id paul. [protected]@gmail.com I require the travel certificate for that as i lost my boarding pass. I am trying to get it online however it shows email id is incorrect. Kindly do the needful. Indigo airlines, please mail it to me and other details so that i can pay the required fees as well. Verified Support May 30, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Shounak, We understand your concern. We would like to inform that boarding pass can be issued at the time of travel only. Now, you may opt for travel certificate which is INR. 200 per passenger per sector by clicking on this link- https://bit.ly/11v2V9b, and enter booking reference which is a six-digit alphanumeric number, registered e-mail ID. Travel certificate will be generated within 24-48 hrs on the same page after making the payment. Regards, IndiGo Team
