This is dipak and i had booked my flight from hyderabad to mumbai that was scheduled for departure on 16th october, 2016 at 5:45 am (Booking ref number: h6dpwi). I reported well in advance at the counter and already obtained my boarding pass printed with me. I completed all the required secutity checks by 5:00 am. I was informed to report at gate 23c at least 20 minutes before the flight departure time. I did report 25 minutes before the flight's departure but your personell did not allow me inside the gate saying that the pickup vehicle already left but they have enough time to give my luggage back. If reporting 20 minutes before the departure is not sufficient contradictory to what we were informed to do so, we should have received an announcement which was not done. When inquired, we were told that it is a "silent airport" but an airliner near indigo were shouting their passenger names. When i asked about what to do, the personnel replied they will be kind enough to provide me another ticket after i pay rs. 4500 each wholeheartedly without worrying about the money i had already paid.
There is problem with indigo:
This was committed intentionally in order to sell our seats to someone else in order to make double-money. This is also called as money laundering as i am not the only passenger affected this week because of indigo.
My lawyer has suggested that i raise this with the union ministry of consumer affairs along with the other affected parties, as we all have the proofs in our favour. Some of my friends have suggested that i supply the information to press and publish it on social networks. I have to give this strong and harsh feedback as this experience was rather frustrating and makes me feel cheated.
I hope indigo will not lose its trust and integrity people has on the company which indeed cannot be bought with any amount of money.
