I had a flight from Goa to Ahmedabad on 24th March 2020. It was an afternoon flight, IndiGo sent me a message saying the flight has been delayed, and that I may cancel my ticket for a full refund. I called my cab driver to inform him about the delay and did not want to cancel my ticket since there was going to be a countrywide lockdown starting 25th March because of the Coronavirus. IndiGo sent another message saying that the flight has been delayed and that I could get a full refund, this happened one more time. The flight was finally scheduled for late evening 8:40 pm. There was a night curfew already in Goa since the 22nd of March and my driver told me that he could not take me to the airport. I tried to cancel my flight and take a refund but the indigo website link was not responsive. Their customer care was also unavailable. I got stuck in Goa for the lockdown, after this I called them several times in May, June, July and August, they kept promising me to give me a refund or a credit shell. They have not done either.
