Indigo Airlines — Unprofessional and careless attitude

INDIGO DELHI STAFF is PATHETIC and VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. Because of them i missed my flight (5am 11th Feb 2017) and they told us "YOU MISSED YOUR FLIGHT". We were at boarding gate 15 mins prior to departure.
Person at counter was not able to print the Boarding pass and due to excess baggage she asked us to pay extra (Which was not the concern) but in all these process they took around 10-15 mins. Meanwhile she was also busy in chitchatting with colleagues and doing whatsApp. We reached 15mins prior to departure due to rush at security check further. We requested the staff at boarding gate to let us board but they were ready to argue like anything but not considering the request. Being in service industry she was not at all polite to any of the passenger what we noticed.
We were then directed to Manager (Named Mrs Kiran). She committed us to accommodate on next flight (8am 11th Feb 2017) but when she send us at the counter for new boarding pass we were told that seats are not available. we had to wait till 7:30 am for her confirmation. She was not available at her place moreover she was not giving us the clear picture of what is happening. She kept us hanging till 7:40am. Finally when we aggressively asked her about the flight she told us that we are carrying Battery bank in our luggage. I believe she do not have ability to see and understand things as the sticker was there on the bag of not carrying battery bank in luggage.
After when we shouted on her out of frustration she quickly appointed someone to issue new boarding pass. We had one baggage left for check in for which she said she will get that board on flight but we need to rush at boarding gate to catch the flight. We left that bag then and there and literally ran to catch the flight.
Now please notice, this flight (8am 11th Feb 2017) we boarded 10 mins prior to departure whereas for earlier flight they did not allow us to board 15 mins prior. If they would have done this we could have saved our 3 hours of day. Further, we found seats were vacant in flights.
Incident does not end here. When we reached Pune we found none (we had 2 bags) of our bags reached Pune. On inquiring we came to know that our bags are still at Delhi airport. One bag was checked in with first flight which was not boarded on flight and second bag was untraced as we left with Mrs Kiran (so called Manager).
At pune Mr Prathamesh helped in solving the issue and finally we received our bags at 11:00 pm 11th feb 2017. Our whole day went on coordinating with INDIGO (PUNE-DELHI) staff. My house keys were also in my luggage. We had to leave Pune for our Wedding Anniversary celebration on 11th Feb evening but could not do so as we have to be at home to receive our luggage.
Indigo will always be last on my list in choosing any airline. I have never encountered such unprofessional staff like INDIGO DELHI AIRPORT. I also do not recommend anyone to travel with INDIGO as they do not respect Passengers and their time and also not responsible enough to take care of things and coordination among teams.
