My name is harsh srivastava. This is in regards to my flight travel on 28th july from bangalore to lucknow via scheduled flight 6e 163 (Pnr - cis39b), which was the worst experience i ever had in my any travel.
The flight was cancelled and was only notified 45 min prior to the scheduled departure while i was already at the airport and had waited for more than 3 hours due to the rules defined by the flight.
Now next was the allotment of seats in another flight via delhi to lucknow. I don't understand on what basis the allotment was done as even though i was one of the first passenger to request for another flight at the indigo service desk, i was given the last connecting flight to lucknow at 7:30 pm from delhi, whereas nearly all passengers were given seats in the earlier flights. This was really inconvenient and i had to wait for more than 4 hours at delhi airport in bad health conditions.
I need an explanation of why the flight was cancelled and notified at the last moment and also why i was not given seat in the earlier connecting flight from delhi at around 4 o' clock. This has caused me severe physical pain and discomfort. As indigo charges more for direct flights i demand refund for the connecting travel via delhi and the time wasted.
