[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Unprofessional Preferential transfer from one flight to another flight

Sameagwe were a group of passengers with 4 kids and 3 senior citizens and having a flight 6E464 from bangalore on 04/01/201and pnr no was RE2UQH & RD8TWK. Unfortunately the said flight got delayed from time to time. We can understand this difficulties. But had a very unprofessional and bad experience with Miss. GULSHAN who is senior executive at Bording gate. We have requested for transfer of flight from said flight to another flight which was about to take off at 11.15. The same could not happen but Miss. Veena has committed to transfer to flight which was scheduled at 12.45. Miss. Gulshan was been absolutely unprofessional in order of preference and allocating absolutely randomly. My family has suffered this stress and trouble which is absolutely damage to reputation of Indigo. Management is requested to take necessary action against Miss.
