We had booking done for indigo airlines flight # 6e 457 on 3rd oct from b'lore to ghy at 7:45am. We had web-checkin done. We reached airport at 6:55 and was at indigo counter by 7:05am. We were given boarding pass and were asked to hurry up as we were getting late. Although they knew we were getting late, there was no one from indigo to escort us for faster security check in and getting us earlier to the flight. Luckily there was no rush at security check. No one was at security counter too to proceed us to the gate. We reached gate by our own - with 2 kids and 2 senior citizen by 7:25. There was no one at the gate. There was no call made to us asking for our whereabouts and we found out indigo personnel at the next counter and when asked for our checkin to the flight, she said we are late and we cant board the flight.
This is too much o[censored]tter unprofessional-ism shown by indigo members. No members to escort, no members in security, no calls checking for us where webcheckin was already done, no call when we are been provided with boarding pass when they should know passengers are coming. Not sure if this is done knowingly to make their business by forcefully making passengers cancel their tickets and re-book with higher amount. I would never recommend indigo to my friends and family members anymore.
Would request indigo people also to please check the matter and do appropriate action to their team members on how are they managing their passengers. Was this information helpful? |
