Dear team, Today is thrid day and i have no confirmation on payment and ticket confirmation for my booking HEUE8R. The payment is cleared to Indigo by citibank credit card team. I have shared the reference number for the payment made with Ms. Nikita at customer care. She assured a resolution. But i have no update. Team pls understand, my Rs.88k is with you guys and still i have no confirmation. Treat this urgent. This is my thrid reminder. Regards Bharati
