I travelled from Delhi to Mumbai by Flight 6E 149 on 27th April 2015. I had booked veg meal in advance with the ticket to ensure that I could have veg food of my choice on board, but I was informed by the air hostess that they have sold all veg food except sandwitch to the passengers on board, and I was only left with the option of sandwitch which was of very poor quality and taste. I am a frequent flyer and I never had such bad experience with any of the airlines except Indigo. All other airlines first provide food to the passengers who have booked food in advance with the ticket and then they sell the food on board. I realized that Indigo is offering very poor services and also the quality and taste of food is not good. I have decided not to travel by Indigo airlines in future and would also recommend the same to my friends and closed ones. Was this information helpful? |
