Dear sir, i have booked flights for kolkatta from nagpur by flight no 6e 403. I'm regularly travelling and this time when i reach to nagpur terminal one staff as miss bhoomika hinge staff no: 25826 darely misbehaved. 1st she asked me for identity and asked for govt id proof. I showed her id issued from bsnl mizoram. She insisted for another id, so also i showed her adhar card /driving licence and income tax pan card which were at once received through whatsapp. Your security in charge and other staff verified authouticity and proceeded. On very next the same lady staff objected on 2 kg excess luggage. I requested her that i'm carrying a single baggage and so no handbag to get out excess which are only books and clothes. Finally after intervention of a senior lady, she allowed the baggage. I requested the lady staff that im travelling frequently and didn't experience such extreme pain before.
I request for a suitable and timely actions as such misbehaved affected my reputation and dignity.
For no good reason she tortured me and trying to make my flight cancelled. Why she was arrogant, she only knew.
