[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — voucher is not working which was provided against ticket cancellation amount

Dear Sir, As per our conversation I have been provided with a voucher[protected] worth Rs. 3, 422 - which is to be used (against my ticket cancellation amount) to book an air ticket before 9th Dec. 2014. Accordingly I tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Kolkata. But voucher is not working. What to do now?
