Dear sir,
Today morning, my flight was from hyderabad to mumbai 7:00 am flight. (Flight: 6e 366) pnr:gbi79l.
I had done a webcheck in and did not receive my boarding pass by email. At 5:am, i made a call to customer care and he assisted me with my boarding pass. I got my boarding pass and went to get a print of the boarding pass, which the staff refused to give. I ran around the entire airport to seek help. It is so unfair that i was asked not to board the flight as the system does not show that i had checked in.
I have shown the email and everything related to my boarding pass - yet i was made to feel extreme mental and physical stress because indigo employees are incapable of handling these concerns on the spot and tech systems are out of place.
All indigo cares for is that they should leave on time.in the process, they absolutely dont care if some customer is unable to board solely due to their own issues. I had to beg and pleed them to finally grant me my boarding pass. This is absolutely unfair. Was this information helpful? |
