[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Web Checkin fees collected twice

Web Chekin fees(Rs 150) was collected twice for PNR FLQ35Q.
Till date no refund is credited to my bank account.

Mr Nandy,

As we can check, the booking was initially created with an online portal/travel agency, hence the refund of the said amount has already been processed from our end on 23rd Nov'20 to the virtual id of the same travel agency as a primary mode of payment. It generally takes up to 3 weeks to be credited. Please feel free to claim your refund from the concerned travel agency only.

Web checkin charge I paid directly to Indigo from from my Hdfc credit card account and I paid it twice. please share the the details of refund. Hdfc bank is saying that there is no refund processed.
I already forwarded the mail (Ref no. 3302428, 3313361)
Also I would like to inform that I have not received any refund from Cleartrip(online portal/travel agency) as you mentioned in your earlier comment
