Our flight (For two passengers) 6e 321 from kolkata to guwahati was scheduled on 12:40 pm, 25th december 2017. We reached the airport more than 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. When we reached the counter, we were told they cannot let us board the flight (Also that the flight was full) inspite of prior web checking in and booking our seats. At the counter, one of the staff, sanjib kumar sarkar told us he can give us our boarding passes (Because we web checked-in) if we remove the sharp objects from the luggage. After removing the nailcutter (The only sharp object in our luggage) in a minute or so, the staff told us he cannot give us our boarding passes because we were late by a minute and then went to join his other staffs cutting the christmas cake. He came back saying he can shift us to the last flight 6e 573 scheduled on 19:55 the same day. The flight got delayed to 20:40 and again to 22:40. Christmas is ruined because of indigo. Worst airline staff ever. Never traveling by indigo again.
