This is a written complain against Indigo Careless services & worst response.
PNR No. : L7K16C, Flight No. : 63-961. From New Delhi T1 to Ahmedabadat morning 4:45.
1. Take off delay 20 minute.
2. Lost my duffel bag at Ahmedabad Airport.
3. There was few girls was moving with Indigo Dress. I asked them to help me. But they has given standard report that stand near belt. You will get it.
4. As per announcement I was standing there at belt 1 until it was stopped moving.
5. I went to first end of belt from where they was putting laguage on belt. Asked them that where is my duffel. They start closing shutter there.
6. When I was holding that shutter then they start abusive words & push my hand from opposite direction.
7. There was 3 person so I lost my hand grip and belt shutter was closed.
8. I saw one girl in Indigo Dress who was standing near 3rd belt. So I went there and found my duffel there in above condition.
9. Her name was Kausha. She asked me if it is your duffle then give me some identification about inside laguage.
10. I told her that there is one pink file & black wind-[censored]er on top. Once I opened that bag then she was agree.
11. She asked me why there is no tag. I told her that my entire right side carry belt and middle carry belt is missing and it was cover with white sticky laguage at Delhi Airport.
12. She told me that she has recovered bag in this condition. From her gesture it was seems like I was speaking lie.
13. If I was lie then how your Delhi airport has passed duffel without lable of Source-Destination lable ?

15. All 3 images & Video has been taken in front of Kosha from Indigo Airlines at Sardar Patel International Airport.
16. My return ticket is on 6th Nov. from Ahmedabad to New Delhi with PNR No. : VBH6XZ
17. I am really scare by Indigo Services and worst reponse. Even Kausha was not ready for giving me any higher authority contact number.
18. After lots of discussion she has kept two condition. Either vendor come to my place and he will repair, else she will give me Rs. 300 as I am begger (though she saw 3 golden ring on my right hand)
19. I was really get angry and asked her that give me this things in written and when vendor will come to my place. For that Kausha was not ready.
20. Finally after lots of conversation she was agree with Rs. 400.
Such a worst airlines with worst authorities and worst people in Indigo Airlines. This is my written grievances and I am writing entire things in consumer forum. With reference of this mail.
