I, priya garg - pnr: alkc9x, delhi to kozhikode, was taking indigo airlines from delhi airport t3 and due to unforseen circumstances, i reached the airport 45 minutes prior to departure. And your staff just straightaway asked me to go and take another ticket. And i actually begged them is there any alternative available. I literally begged them and they said no everything has been closed. And later on i found our there is web check-in system available. And none of your staff told me about this. I paid extra 6700 (Approx) to buy a new ticket. Is this how you make fool of your customers to get more money? Is this how u train your staff like how to extract more money? Will make sure that i will post my complaint in each and every of portal of yours. Now my new ticket timings 2:55 pm.
