I was a customer, diana santos in a flight to bagdroga to kolkata and then to bangkok on the 6th of october 2017. Your services will be worst then a can aspect in a low cost company. First the check in only open at 7:20p. M and the flight it was at 8:45 p. M, as you know in india the immigration services takes so many time to cross through the security check at 8:20 p. M and when i was there it was already on boarding time and i couldn't go to the free duty shopping to take food or water to the flight. To didn't miss the flight i when running to the gate and i was so starving but i just thought to have a meal on the plain. I took my seat saw the menu and saw that i can pay this dollars or with "in the local currency of the country of origin/destination" but when i was order your employee told me that i just could pay with credit card or dollars and that the version of the menu is not the correct. As you can see in the photo the last upload it was on 10/2017. I am a diabetic person and i couldn't stay to many time without eating and now i have to wait to be in bangkok to have a meal and even a drink.
You are a indian company so it's imperative to accept the money of or country or if you don't accept don't put the wrong information on the menu.
