I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 20.11.2016 departing at 5.45 am . I took the boarding pass from indigo desk which told to report at gate no 25I.After security check I went to gate and stood in que.when I reached the gate they said your flight is from another gate .I rushed there and reached there by 5.30 am but they said boarding is closed.As I had to go to Mumbai for my 9 yr son waiting there I requested but they didn't support while flight had not taken off instead they told me to go to ticketing counter and book another ticket. I had to buy another ticket for Rs 17000/- for my son's sake who was waiting for me in Mumbai after his national level competition of abacus.
Though if staff had cooperated I would have got the flight but due to non supportive behaviour of them I missed it.
I work in bank and deal public and we serve better than you for sure. this incident would surely effect my thinking and I would never suggest anyone to go for indigo.
Anyway my request is that I want the compensation for the harassment faced otherwise this complaint would be going next level. Was this information helpful? |
