I booked a ticket from indigo on 9th dec. Payment deducted from my account and ticket didn't got booked. I got an automated email with transaction id, amount and below comments :
"in case your reservation does not go through and your account gets charged, the amount will be automatically reversed in 3-4 working days. To track the status of the reversal, you may quote the transaction id mentioned above."
Now i waited for the reversal. When tried calling, customer care number says it is busy and no automated caller, just like it is a personal number being used. Finally on 12th dec i was able to speak to customer care. Now after call the required details, they says we will get it confirm from the concerned team and give us a call again. I contacted them again. Now they say, i need to wait for 3-5 days so that the back-end team can confirm if they have the amount or not. The ticket prices are getting high day by day and my money is blocked with them and still no confirmation on what is happening and whether i will get the money back or not and if yes then when and how.
Initially they say that i will get it automatically and now no confirmation after contacting as well is sign of pathetic service.
