Indigo Flight — Not refund the charges

We booked flight to go to Imphal from Delhi. And we were not assisted properly and miss the flight but no one bother bother to help us to accommodate at the next flight rather try to charges us extra. And when inquire to customer care everyone say that they can't not help us. What is the use of keeping customer care for it. Booking was in Chingsiansang name on Sunday! 18/10/2015
