IndiGo — Refund not received for ticket cancellation - booking refrence - hd9pkk

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have availed one sector for my ticket from Delhi to Varanasi dated 09 Sept, 15 and cancelled return sector from Varanasi to Delhi dtd 13th Sept, 15. In spite of my speaking to customer care my refund is not received till date.Please send the refund at the earliest and give me transaction details, date, amount of refund on my registered E mail id on which the ticket was sent..
