[Resolved] IndiGo — Unable to change password and so unable to login as well

Dear Sir/Madam
On March 12, 2014 I canceled my flight from "Delhi to Pune" having booking reference number B71EHW. But after that I am unable to login to my indigo user account. My user id is shipra.er.
When I click on "Forgot Password", I do get system generated password and after using that password I successfully get that "change password" page. But submitting this page throw "System encountered error".
I am completely clueless about this matter. Neither I got the money back to my credit card nor I am able to use this money in further booking. Also there are some more bookings done with this user account for the next two months. I wont have idea if my bookings get altered at last moment of my travel plan as I don't have any access to my user account.
I had dropped a complaint on Customer_Relations <customer.[protected]@goindigo.in> on March 13, 2014 and got the complaint number CRN-209339-B2F5P7. But still all the problems are as it is.
Kindly check the issue as soon as possible.
