Individual Customer — Sheer Harassment

My cell one number is [protected] and the due date of bill payment against this number was on 25th August 2008 which was paid well off before on 18th August 2008 at Alipur Post Office, which happens to be one of the many collection centers for bill payments as is mentioned at the back of the bill.
But I am shocked and surprised to find out that the outgoing call service from my number has been barred on and from 2/09/08 and the incoming calls has been barred too from 8/9/08.In spite of calling up the customer service desk several times nothing could be done to get rid of this harassment.
I would like to have an clarification for this.

Landline Telephone[protected]Station Road,Dhakuria, Kolkata-700031)dead frequently e.g on 09/02/12,13/02/12,15/02/12,28/02/12,10/03/12,
19/03/12,15/04/12,22/04/12,24/04/12 and in all cases complain made & dockets received.
On follow ups the faults are repaired within 48 hrs but the line continues to get dead as is evident from the dates above.
No appeal to the concerned officer makes any different.

It is most astonishing that IRCTC does not accept the SBI Debit Card to book Retiring Room on line. This is not desirable from a Government Undertaking Company. Consider the matter immediately.
