Indo Canadian Bus Service — Bus is departed 1.30 late , BUS is change by Volvo while booking in Mercedes , Behaviour of StafF is not proffestional

* I booked my ticket in Mercedes bus but when I check in he give me seat in Volvo. It means their is no meanings in which bus I booked the tickets. * Bus is departed 1.30 hour late it is also against the professionalist. Means no values passengers time * Buses staff is very rude because when I asked to depart the bus on time he told me u are not seen buses are standing in front.
