Allows much more people on bus than the number of seats

We pay a much higher amount for this bus service to get better journey experience than other buses. And being ensured that there won't be a crowd of people standing on your head. But they have started to allow much more people on bus than the number of seats. Many times there is a hussle to get on and off the bus just because of this.

I have very bad experience with customer service. I caught Indo Canadian bus from Indira Gandhi International Airport on 18/05/2023 around 7.30PM and it dropped me their Ludhiana office early morning after requesting driver to drop me some safe place because he was insisting me to get off at Hanuman Mandir as I was only one passenger who coming to Ludhiana.
I told him that I am settled in Australia and don’t have app to call taxi as auto but scary. I give him INR 100 for my request.
He was in a hurry and I get off at their Ludhiana office and immediately realise I left back support cushion at bus seat. There was a security guy who helped me to contact bus driver and when we approached driver, he said yes he found it and will drop while back to Ludhiana.
I been overseas and came back today and sent my Uber driver to collect that cushion because tomorrow my flight back to Australia.
Driver waited there and I called them again and again but no positive response and they said check in our Jalandhar office. I called them and they gave me another number. I tried that again rude and negative approach without listening customer query, will find and call us again.
I don’t know how they will find when didn’t listen what I lost. I have some back problem and travelling from Amritsar to Melbourne (long flight) and I need that but this type of customer service really disappointed me.

Bad customer service
Very bad customer service I haven't book yet I am trying to call to speak to someone before I book but more than fifty time I called the number given on the website no one picks up no matter what time you call no answer I sent them a email more than week ago no response, after all that we changed our mind instead of travailing in the bus we will go by car

I bought a ticket for Indo Canadian bus from IGI Airport to Chandigarh on 11 Feb 2023. Been seeing these buses on the road but was stunned and surprised to see that they are absolutely normal buses rather a shade worst than Haryana Roadways buses on the same route who charge three times lesser, are more punctual and have a set system. I was given seat number 16 but told to sit on No 24. Bus started late. It took 3 and half hours to reach...

Hi I travelled on indocanadian bus on 1sr December at 10oclock at night from jalander to Delhi Airport on arrival at the airport my suitcase was damaged and my clothes were damaged as well

Luggage broken
We traveled on 23/8/22 @ 8:00 am from Delhi to phagwara . When your staff putting luggage in bus they break one of bag which is major break.

Scam: Charged fare but no bus service available

I reserved a ticket online and directions were to go to terminal 1 at Delhi airport. But on arriving in India, found out that the buses are no longer operational. Tried calling them multiple times but no one is answering the call. Indo Candian buses are scammers

Refund my fare
I have booked 2 tickets of your bus service on 28 November for 19 December, My international flight SQ406 Singapore airline, got cancelled by them due to new covid variant omicron.
I contacted to your service desk on 3rd December, and request to refund my ticket fare.
Then again on 9 December and on 17 December I contacted your service, every time they told me they will submit my request, after that neither I got my money nor they contact me.
once again I called 3rd time today, guy name Aman spoke to me, and he tried to do again the same procedure. So i am still chasing my refund money.very bad customer service. Never ever want to travel again with them. If anyone can help me please let me know how can i get my money back. Please contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks

No refund given for change in seat

I purchased first class ticket for 50 US dollar from the indo canadian website. Now when I came to board the bus, there was no first class, no sleeper class in the bus and I was boarded the last in the normal class. So got the worst seat. The bus route was from delhi to Amritsar.
We I asked the bus conductor conductor to give me the refund, he said he can’t do anything. This is not how you treat your customers. Please provide me the refund which is[protected] = 1300 rs

no ticket and no wifi
Hi. I travelled in indo canadian (Sleeper bus) on 15 march 2019 around 3:30am from delhi airport to ludhiana. The bus number is ‘hr68 b 1145’. I didn’t book the ticket in advance. I paid them 2600 rupees for the ticket at delhi airport. They took money but they didn’t gave me the ticket. I asked them and they told me to wait. After 1 hour, around 4:30am, bus stopped at haveli for refreshments. And then i told the driver again that they didn’t gave me the ticket and he said that they will give soon. But they didn’t gave me anything. Also the wifi was not working. I wanted to understand and complain about that from the day on which this thing happened. But, i am unable to do that because of my busy schedule. Also i was searching a platform where i can share this. I hope i will get reply on this matter. If there is any information and details require regarding me then please let me know.

Bus is departed 1.30 late , BUS is change by Volvo while booking in Mercedes , Behaviour of StafF is not proffestional

* I booked my ticket in Mercedes bus but when I check in he give me seat in Volvo. It means their is no meanings in which bus I booked the tickets.
* Bus is departed 1.30 hour late it is also against the professionalist. Means no values passengers time
* Buses staff is very rude because when I asked to depart the bus on time he told me u are not seen buses are standing in front.

Poor Service, Exhorbitant Charges, Rude Staff

I used this bus service to travel from Delhi Airport to Ambala on 23 Dec 2013. The conductor refused to keep my luggage ( Only one single rucksack weighing 12 Kg as weighed during check-in while boarding my flight at Cochin Airport since as per him the luggage hold floor was damaged.The bus looked good on the outside but inside it was a total dump. Many other passengers like me had to take their luggage into the bus making it inconvenient for all.
At Sonepat Haveli where the Bus halted for refreshments the driver insisted that everyone get off the bus. When one old gentleman expressed a desire to keep sitting in the bus - probably because it was difficult for him to get off and on (wading through the luggage) due to his age, the driver rudely warned him that he would be responsible for any theft from the luggage and belligerently asked him to alight. When I intervened on the elderly gentleman's behalf the driver spoke in a manner suggesting that I was in collusion with the gentleman and probably would steal from the luggage of our co-passengers. I was so taken aback that I didn't)'t know whether to get angry or to laugh at the man's preposterous words.
All this after paying Rs 1400/- which is almost double what is charged by State run Volvo services.

10 o[censored]s just travelled from Delhi to Jalandhar and back on the Indo Canadian bus service. There were a number of problems with the trip -
1. Non issue of tickets - The indo-canadian people at the indra gandhi international airport (pillar 16) refused to give us tickets after we paid the money. They kept saying that the system was "slow". We later boarded the bus, but they still did not give us the tickets when we asked for it! It looked like they pocketed the money.
2. Old buses - Both the buses were very old and had uncomfortable seats and poor suspensions. Coming from south india, we usually expect a good bus like a Volvo. Am surprised that this service is mostly used by NRI Punjabis! They should be demanding better service
3. Heater does not work in most times. Blankets/shawls are also not provided. Again, this is a common expectation from bus travels
4. They stop at a restaurant called Haveli in Ambala for food. This hotel serves bad food and is very costly
5. Unconcerned bus drivers and conductors - turn the AC on whenever they feel like, keep the lights on in the night and play loud music!!
6. The toilets in their Jalandhar office are filthy!!
7. They promised to drop us at the domestic airport in New Delhi. they broke their promise by dropping us 300 metres away from the terminal at 5 am saying that they couldn't take us to the terminal.
the only good thing i can note about the experience is that they left and arrived on time.

I had the worst experience while travelling to Patiala from Delhi.Bus was very slow.both Conductor and driver were unconcerned about the passengers. They dropped me at Rajpura ..stranded me in the middle of no where and demanded more money. they showed no concern and sympathy and I will never want any body to have nightmare which I have gone through.

First of all there website gave error on first transaction while booking ticket, no ticket was generated but they deducted the amount. So i have to do second transaction, that got done.
Bus was on time but at jalandhar they kept me waiting for half hour as cab was not available.
When contacted their office ata jalandhar about double charges they said they can't help, just wait for a week money might get paid back.
The way there people talk sounds so cheap and unconcerned.

Never choose Indo Canadian. Had a horrible experience while going to Kasol. Dropped all the passengers 110km before the destination and said that the bus is out of order. We had to take local transport to reach our destination. Issued no refund on booking amount. Chor hain saale chor.

Indo Canadian Bus service is a Scam. They show nice new buses in pictures and website but operate shoddy, worn out old buses with no comfort from Airport. They misrepresent departure times and wait till bus is full of passengers before departing. The charge of 1000 rupees is a fraud for the service they provide. Passengers should be made aware of their shoddy buses and scam .
I travelled on February 7, 2011 from IGI airport to Ludhiana. I arrived at the airport in the morning and was told AC bus will take us to Punjab leaving at 6 AM. I waited with ten other people till 7.30 when a dilapidated worn out bus arrived and we were told to get on it. This bus is so old that doors did not close and seats were broken, AC did not work. Even local bus of punjab roadways is better. Bus stopped at the office of ICBS at Centaur hotel and waited for half an hour for more passengers. Then the inexperinced driver got lost and started going towards Gurgaon. Bus spent next two hours going round Delhi and by this time we were very tired and angry. This bus was so in so bad condition that every half an hour the helper had to run to water tap to get jug of water to fill the overheating engine. After a horrible days travel this bus reached Ludhiana at 6 PM in the evening. This is the last time I will travel on ICBS. Harjit Singh

I was travelling from delhi to ludhiana on 7/01/11. i have paid Rs1000 (one thousand) as advance ticket for luxuary bus with heater,push back seat etc. but they (authorities in delhi) informed us that bus is out of order and arrange one mini bus(?) with insufficient space to seat (sleeping is impossible), no heating arrangement, no pushback seat. 8 hours journey was horrible in cold night without sleep. four to five passenger refused to...
