Indo Canadian Bus Service — Third class service for a price of cab or plane

I bought a ticket for Indo Canadian bus from IGI Airport to Chandigarh on 11 Feb 2023. Been seeing these buses on the road but was stunned and surprised to see that they are absolutely normal buses rather a shade worst than Haryana Roadways buses on the same route who charge three times lesser, are more punctual and have a set system. I was given seat number 16 but told to sit on No 24. Bus started late. It took 3 and half hours to reach Sonipat where it stopped for more than an hour. On the way the conducted tells me that I will be dropped at Rajpura from where I will be accommodated in a cab. The conductor kept saying we give facilities that's why tickets are higher. Wifi not working. A water bottle of Rs 10 is considered facility by indo canadian bus service. I am aghast to have chosen this ### bus service which is good from far but far from good.
