Indusind Bank — Getting multiple calls from bank and using hash words

Hello team,

I am Vinita, have am using my credit card from past 5yrs, my card limit is 2.5 lacs and always been regular on my payments.
Unfortunately, now as I am going through financial burden bcoz of my health and on worst patch of my life. I am unable to make the payment of my card. I am getting multiple calls for the bank and they use abusive languages. I am not in state of taking the mental torture.
I am happy to may 70k to 80k in emi and settle my card.
I tried calling customer service but was on call for more than 40 mins as the IVR keep transferring to wrong dept.
Please help me.

Hi team this is so disheartening. I have requested to settle my card and expecting call from relevant team, meanwhile collection team came to my house and scared my mom. My parents r diabetic and bp patient, she got restless they way he spoke. This is not the way to threaten. I am waiting for the right team to help me. In my past 15+ years of career, I have never been in collection and always adhered to the bank policies. But as I am in bank phase of my life I expect little humanity from the bank. I don’t want to c my parents in this situation. I am responsible for the card please talk to me not to my parents in my absence. It’s a request to the bank.
