I am writing to file a complaint regarding the service. I Encounter an issue with my A/C type (Savings/[protected] .(Branch -IndusInd Bank Limited, 652-662, Tristar Towers, Avanashi Road, Coimbatore – 641 037.) Still my lean account not retrieved.
I closed my loan A/C[protected] as on 23-May-2023. Settled amount done as per Branch collection team person Mr.Ramraj (Mobile No-[protected])advise.
After settlement done, i am waiting morethan one month completed i am not received No Due Certificate for closing loan account, Than i spoke with Branch Collection Manager Mr.Deepan Chakravarthy (Mobile No[protected]with regular interval followups after, then only i got NDC on 5th September.
But still my savings account in hold state. I m unable to use my Persol account for any other transaction. And account have amount Rs.10800), Unable to acces my account. I am spoke with Mr.Deepan chakravarthy last three months for this issue, and also raise an complaint on customer care support at ([protected]@indusind.com), Visited the branch and also given request form, But Still issue not resolved.
