This is regarding credit card repayment .I have been trying to connect with customer care for proper resolution for current debt I owe to indusind bank credit card .
but I have not received any support from the bank instead I have been repeatedly getting calls from the collection team and they have misbehaving repeatedly, i don't understand, how misbehaviour gets collection done but kindly refer below input :-
Below are certain pointers for your reference:-
Till feb'2020, all payments were on time & regular .
A Representative of customer care called me on the 2nd or 3rd of feb & misbehaved, which forced me to stop payment and connect with an indusind bank before making any payment but i never got any solution .
Inbetween, all o[censored]s got affected by Covid-19 situation .
Further on this matter, I would mention again that I have been jobless since 22'July'2020 before that I was facing a salary cut .
Note that :- Since, the last couple of days I have been repeatedly facing harassment and repeated calls for payment . the executive calling for repayment is talking in an absurd manner without any moral & ethics.
The Collection Team is calling every 10 mins and asking me in detail.
I request you all to stop behaving like this and in an illiterate manner and if possible communicate on email ..
I am in no position to make any payment in the current scenario and also before coming to any concrete solution to the problem . I would take time to wait for the supreme court decision .
Also, as an information I have been trying to connect with customer care but the call is not passing through .
