My self shaikh Farez shaikh naser i have open account and do kyc on 14 /05/2024 and sir told me it will update and it will unfreeze today is 27/may/2024 uptill now it's showing in process from bank cidco santosh sir which done my kyc he said from our side it's done and you documents goes to clu team which assign from 15 days happen but he didn't work and update to system I am facing problem of freeze plz unfreeze my account. Why ant customer open account to use and do transaction but if it will not happen then why we will open account to freeze to you so plz do kindly and unfreeze my account help me
