Infosys Technologies Limited — Pf settlement - incorrect transfer to account mentioned

Hi,

I had resigned from infosys on 6th april 2015, post that for transfer of provident fund from old to new employer, i had raised a request and submitted necessary documents as required.

After a lot of follow-up, they had sent the pf transfer dd no 543630 dated 17-mar-16 to the new employer pf office.

The amount was not getting transferred to my account and after a lot of follows with pf office, i got to know that the account number mentioned by infosys in the dd ws incorrect.

Present pf number mentioned is : mh/21003/1170
Correct present pf number is : mp/21003/1170.

I have been following up with infosys on [protected]@infosys.com but i am not getting any response.

I did not expect this from such a reputed organization with whom i am proud that i worked.

Expect a speedy redressal to my complaint.
