I hold 4 IDFC Long term Infrastructure Bonds- Tranche 2, Folio Number IDB0290686. There bonds are matured on 21.02.2021. Till date I have not received any payment. Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

I, Rajeev Chopra and my wife Sushma Chopra have purchased bonds No [protected]-[protected] and [protected]-[protected] which was matured on 21/02/2021, I courier the photocopy of certificates alongwith cancelled cheque, aadharcards, pancards which was received on 10/02/2021. I also email all the docomets at eonward.[protected]@kfintech.com. In reply they informed that they send the DD through Aviral courier via consignment No [protected]. On tracking the consignment I found that courier service not found my address, which is very strange as at same address I have received the bond. I again send the various email for transfer of amount through RTGS but no reply from threm. Now I request you to kindly arrange to transfer the maturity amount of both amount in account,

Information received that, the redemption payout DD dispatched through AVIRAL courier consignment no. [protected].from MUMBAI HO on 24.2.2021 to Parli Vaijnath Dt. Beed 431520.
Still date I have not yet received the Redemption amount DD.
Not possible to contact AVIRAL courrier. No one picked the phone.
It seems 25 days left on dispatch.
On tracking it shows booked information only.
Kindly inform the status.

I hold IDFC bonds Reg Folio No IDB0378189. The bond has matured on Feb 21, 21 and I've mailed them the signed physical bonds along with all the supporting documents. But after a month, I haven't received any status update on maturity amount. They haven't replied to my emails. I'm worried about the amount. Others have received the DD without submitting the bonds.

Not received payment against IDFC long-term infra bond tranche 2.folio no IDB0335591 QTY 4nos
Send numerous mails with cancelled cheque, PAN card & bond but not send the payment. Aviral courier is non existant. All their toll free nos and other nos are always line busy.fake fake and fake in all respects.
What SEBI AND RBI DOING .they have sent a link for updating bank details and PAN card details where the server os always down

They have sent a link to update banl account and PAN card details but server is down for this link. Fake in all respects

My bonds matured on 24th Feb 2021 and I am continuously calling your helpline. BUt no use. They keep saying they have sent the draft through aviral but I never get anything.
Picture of my bond is attached. These belong to my 75 years old mother who is dependent on this saving of hers and its a trauma to her that she is being cheated.

I am also facing the issue with the redemption of IDFC Infra bonds which got matured on 21st Feb but no intimation/help received by IDFC, Kfin Tech or Arival Logistics.

Please inform here if someone has received the payment by making some efforts.

The bond maturity was on February 21, 2021 however today is 16th March, 2021 and after multiple emails/calls and follow ups I have neither received a single reply from them nor able to receive my bond maturity value.

Kindly look into the matter so I can receive the maturity value now as soon as possible. IDFC has turned its deaf ears and not doing anything.

I am holding the IDFC bonds trache 2 and got to know that the DD will be delivered via Aviral Logistics through consignment no [protected] but the same has not been received after 3 weeks of bond maturity. Not getting any support from IDFC, Kfin Tech or Arival Logictics.

I have purchased IDFC - Tranche 2 bond in the year 2011 and maturity date was 21.02.21. I was thinking that maturity amount will credit in my bank account, as I have not received any communication from IDFC or assigned TP. After 25th Feb, I write e-mail, getting information from website, with documents. Latter I have communicated through KFinance that DD of maturity amount was sent through AVIRAL courier with consignment no [protected]. I have check with website of AVIRAL courier and found that booking was done on 24.02.21. There after no updation is available in tracking sheet of Aviral till today 16.03.21.
I have write three mails to IDFC, no response received. Several mails sent to assign TP KFinance, only receiving consignment no of Aviral courier, which does not have any existance in Kolkata and no updation in website of Aviral tracking sheet. Checked with different courier agency, not recognize Aviral courier in Kolkata. After morethan 20 days, no mony I have received. No response from IDFC.

I have not received the redemption warrant against folio no IDBO 313816 till date. I had received one message on my mobile number [protected] on 12.03.21that it will be delivered through Aviral courier reference number [protected]. On tracking number it said to be delivered on 08.3.21.
I had not received any warrant till. I had contacted kfintech kolkata also but no response yet.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for delivery.
