I purchased the following IDFC Long Term Infrastructure bonds Tranche 2 in February 21st, 2011. The Folio no and other details are given below.

Maturity Date: 21st February 2021.

The Bonds are already matured. I am unable to Redeem the Bonds . Request you to, please guide me how to redeem my matured Bonds. I am very thankful to you for your extended support. Please let me know the procedure to redeem my bonds. I approached the IDBI bank and they suggested to get the new ICIN Nos. I requested through e- mail addressed to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com. So far i have not received any response. Appreciate an early resolution of my issue.

I purchased IDFC long term Infrastructure Bonds- Tranche-2 in February, 2011. Regd Folio no IDBI0382730. Cert nos : [protected]-2478. Each bond is rs.5, 000/- Matured on 21.02.2021. Amount to be paid on maturity Rs.43, 200/- for 4 bonds. Paying of maturity amount is entrusted to Kfintechnologies, Nanakramuda, Hyderabad. When I contacted them personally, they told that the dividend warrants were dispatched on 24.02.2021 through Aviral Logistics. Tracking no is [protected]. When it was tracked, it is showing that it has been delivered. But it has not been delivered to me. Their customer care number/ their head office number at Mumbai is not working. Please advise me in this matter.

I have not received IDFC long term bond Tranche 2 maturity cheque till date.Maturity cheque for my folio with no IDB0133841 with maturity date 22/02/21 has not been received till date to the registered address.

Please resolve the matter ASAP.

These bonds 4 no purchase price 5000/-each was due for redemption on 21 feb 2021
these bonds are no longer in demat account but redemption money not credited into my account so far

1. My Bonds matured on --- Nov 12 2020. Even though I have mentioned the correct address & Account Number On Bond, I have not received any amount.
2. Upon query they said it was sent to some Old address, and asked me to update address on a form they mentioned. It was Duly Couriered to them with a Cancelled chk attached to The Mentioned address at Hyderabad on 27/Nov/2020.
3. No Reply from them. Upon Phone query, they said about reception of the Courier, and it will be sorted out.
4. Post that no Reply, No action, even the query Phone[protected] is not working.
5. Look into this as you seem to work with No face Policy.

Not received any interest after 2015 and the maturity amount, inspite of sending the required documents as per the customer care service requirement and follow up through email.

I was having IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 (Series 1)- Folio number/ Client ID no- IDB0118548 which has matured on February 21, 2021, received Cheque payment via Cheque no. 012710 for the 4 bonds from IDFC FIRST Bank Limited dated 22.02.2021.

The Cheque was deposited in the registered Bombay Mercantile a/c *************78 and was returned to me by the bank with return code 88-other reasons.

Requesting you to look into the matter as soon as possible as I am a senior citizen and cannot personally visit the bank branch to follow up for the same. Kindly revert back as to the reason why the Cheque was returned and guide me as what can be done.

I am a bondholder with registered folio number IDBI133932 for my investment in idfc long term infra bonds tranche2. I never had a problem receiving the warrants (intetest) till last year. However, post maturity of the bonds on 21 feb 2021, I have received neither the interest nor the amount invested (5000x4=20000). Please help.

To redeem my Idfc infra bond tranche2, I submitted all the details including Original bond( folio no:IDBO407199) on 29.01.2021.
Till date( 23.03.2021), no response from the Karvy computer share pvt ltd.

I, Dinesh Sitaram Nag, having the total number of 4 bonds of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds- Tranche3. The registered folio number is IDC0234018 and the ISIN number is INE043D07435. Further the name of Bondholder is “Dinesh Sitaram Nag”, Certificate Number is 234018 and the Distinctive Numbers are [protected] – [protected] (4 Bonds). The maturity date is 30/03/2021.

I didn’t receive any redemption/ maturity notice in this regard from the IDFC Limited. Therefore, would request IDFC Limited to confirm, whether i will get the maturity amount through the Demand Draft Or the maturity amount will be directly credited to my bank account, if it is declared. Please do also confirm the bank account details as per the IDFC record. Further the email ids provided by the IDFC Limited, is of no use, as no one is responding to my email.

Sir, I purchased 2 IDFC Long erm Infrastrure Bonds under Folio no;IDB0364895 and Certificate No.364895 and said 2 bonds matured on 22.02.2021 and as per them they sent the Warrant/Demand draft through AVIRAL via consignment no. [protected] dated 24.02.2021 and said warrant/DD not yet reached in my address.

I sent several reminders to them and no response, I am retired person and this amount at this time very useful for me, so please help sir.

I had provided by bank account details for online transfer on maturity. Instead they chose to send cheque on address I no longer reside. The cheque got delayed. Now, there is no response on their e mail id. Customer care line is not accepting my folio no.
Folio IDA0432548 (purchased 4 units on 12/11/2010 for ₹20000/-)

I had purchased IDFC Tranche 2 bonds which had a maturity date as Feb 21, 2021. I had written many emails to the registrar of the company but it seems they don't feel important to revert me back. I had even written emails to its courier company i.e. AVIRAL but they have neglected the emails. All the phone numbers provided by IDFC, by Registrar and by AVIRAL are useless as no one wants to pick up the calls and respond to the customers. Its been 1 month from its maturity and also since they have sent the courier. I don't think so that it takes atleast 3 weeks for my courier to be delivered.
