I hold 4-idfc infrstructure bond in my demat sbi dpa/c. [protected] but this a/c has been transferred to ssl dp demat a/c.[protected] on 30.06.16. And the maturity date was 29/12/2016 but till date maturity amount has not credited in to my demat linked sbi a/c. Details are given below:-

Buyback amount of IDFC infra bond has not yet been credited in my bank account
I opted for buyback. My buyback date was[protected]. I have submitted all the relevant documents such as original infra bond etc. and they received on Dec 16, 2016

My folio and certificate nos are IDD0035933 & IDD0306773 respectively. Total no. of bonds 4( 5000 each). PAN NO.ABXPH7296M

The BUYBACK REDEMPTION amount has not yet been credited. Please do the needful and share the status.

This complain is regarding buyback intimation of certificate no.-305029; no. Of bonds allotted - 4; distinctive nos.- 412913 to 412916; application no.[protected]; beneficiary account no.- folio - idd0305029; ref no.- 2451119; rl no.- 140756; buyback option facility opted - yes. It was supposed to send the buyback intimation prior to the buyback date i. E.[protected] but till now no any conversation has been made. When i tried conversation with idfc4. [protected]@karvy.com the authentic service provider then the mail bounced. I complained in www.complainboard.in then they said to send:-
· original bond certificate (Affix revenue stamp on the reverse side & sign)
· cancelled cheque
· self-attested pan card copy to

Sir i have 2 bonds of 20000 each which has bought in 2011. How can i withdraw my amount? Have called customer care multiple times but have not got any revert. One the bond is with me and other one is lost though i have application id number. Pls let me know the process of withdrawal. I have made several complaints on this website for non-payment of interest, besides personally submitting four written complaints to M/s. Karvy in their office at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. Despite all this, I received only one year's interest cheque and one year's interest is not being sent to me. However, IDFC Team is very prompt to send a one line reply "We regret the inconvenience caused. We have shared your concern with our team and will provide an update at the earliest." I am reproducing below my four written requests which were submitted by me personally in Karvy office at Barakhamba Road, requesting them for payment of interest, with the request to send me my dues immediately:

In this connection, I wish to point out that I had conveyed my bank account details and new address through an email. Even if it has been ignored, the unpaid interest amount should have been credited to my SB Account while crediting Principal and interest amount for one year to my SB Account. Subsequently, I have made two written requests and visited several times your office.

It is absolutely clear that how I (a Senior Citizen) am being harassed.

I once again request that the interest amounts for 2 years may be credited to my SB account as per details already available with you along with overdue interest immediately. If it is to be paid by DD, please ensure that the DD is sent to my NEW ADDRESS (which has also been communicated in my above two written complaints) as follows:

After submission of bonds for buyback, I found that have been given two credits of Rs.20000/- and Rs.1600/- in my above bank account on 22.2.2016. On checking my pass book, I found that two credits of Rs.1600/- each in February 2012 and February 2013 have been made through HDFC Clearing. I am not sure whether these two amounts of Rs.1600/- were on account of interest on IDFC Bonds. Further no interest in February 2014 and in February 2015 has been paid to me. It is requested that the unpaid interest amounts plus interest for the delayed period on these amounts may please be arranged to be credited to my above account immediately. Copy of my above bank account statement for the period 1.2.2012 to 24.2.2016 is attached.

I invested rs. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) in idfc limited – infra bond tranche 2 vide application no idb0360116 in february 2011. The same was opted for buy back in year 2015 and the same was confirmed by the investee that the documents have been received for buy back on 25.06.2015 and informed that the amount will be released on 22.02.2016.

However sir, the maturity amount was not released and again informed that as per guidelines the funds will be released in last week of march 2016 through mail dated 26.02.2016. However sir, the amount was not still released and the investee again informed me that amount will be credited on 06th april 2016 through mail dated 31.03.2016. But regret to note that i have not received amount till date and investee are not replying my mail and phones.

I called in investee’s office on 08.04.2016 regarding maturity amount and their executives raised a compliant no 1524260 in respect of non receipt of maturity amount, but till date the compliant is also not resolved.

Sir, i humbly request you to make process maturity amount of my bonds and remit the amount of maturity along with interest till date of payment from due date

Non receipt of duplicate bond
I have sent all the documents viz pan copy, indemnity bond, account statement, bond allotment advice etc by speed post on 26.03.2016 which was delivered to karvy computer share, hyderabad-32 on 28.03.2016. But till date i have not received the duplicate bond.

I desired to return the bonds and in order to above the karvy computershare had falsely intimated me through letter no kcpl/ris/idfc bonds/sebi/2016 dated 4 april 2016 that an interest for rs 1650/-including buyback amount for rs20.000/has been paid to me on 31.03.2016. But the same has not been paid to me because i had a complaint to sebi at earlier time so now they are playing cleaver game against me, one person in their organization having mobile number [protected] is continuously misguiding me about the true facts and diverting my calls to other persons with a view to waste my time and to harass me
Kindly provide me the above amount with penal interest up to the date of actual payment on these bonds and take action against the persons responsible for that. Kindly intimate also the action taken against them.
