We, ajay kumar debnath and syama debnath (Two separate folio no. Iddo 293302 and iddo 293303) of subject bond sent the original bond certificate of rs.20, 000.00 (4 nos. Of rs.5000.00 each) on 31.12 2016 under the enclosures of the self addressed envelops sent by idfc /karvy for buy back. After few months i wrote to m/s karvy and they advised me that they have not received the same and to send the indemnity bond of rs 100.00 duly notarized....

Inspite of producing the details to the company necessary to close and refund it in my account it has not been done.
I am continually following up but no response from the company. Kindly do the necessary and request you to transfer the same to my account.
