Instamojo was accepting my payments from clients before approving kyc, a total of 7 times since april 22, 2018.
Now, someone made a payment and they have accepted it in instamojo account. It is supposed to come to my bank account.
I uploaded my documents for kyc, and they rejected with invalid reasons as below.
Now, they are not transferring my already received amount. They are telling that they will transfer it to the buyers account instead of mine.
Conclusion: if you are rejecting my kyc, then future payments should fail, not the past payments. If you have accepted the payments then it should come to me not to my buyers account.
Transfer the amount to me asap, or else, i will come to your office with my lawyer.
Below is the last email received:
Hey,
Unfortunately, we are unable to support online payment collection for your business.
Although the details are confidential, it could be for one of the following reasons:
1) your business is not compliant with our terms of service.
2) your business did not fulfil our internal risk assessment requirements.
Any unpaid transactions will be refunded to buyers immediately and will reflect in the original payment instrument within 10-12 business days.

I had transferred my pay from instamojo app on 1st DEC to my credit card but still not received pay back also dey told me due to negative balance in instamojo app transaction cannot b processed hence asked me to pay 193 rupess on a/c no so I paid but still I didn't receive my pay what should I do
