I am a seller and my 3 payments were stuck which were made by my clients. According to instamojo, i'm doing fraud with them and they are asking me for service proof. My website is automatic and i was away for a few days from my computer and i had appointed no one to handle the transactions which is why my client's orders were stopped and never delivered.in a few days when i did not recognize this issue, my clients messaged me and asked me for a full refund. I processed the refund from instamojo but my clients never received the money and now instamojo is ignoring me they asked me to pay them 300 inr to process the refund.
