Dear team i have received the booking in fab.2019 and the payment gateway hold my amount due to chargeback when i login to my account and found there was fraudulent chargeback from the client.
Even he accept his mistake and told me i had send the email at [protected]@instamojo.com but they did not resolved this.
They hold my amount and did not settled. I did several mail to instamojo some of executive said we have 6 month tat to resolve this. I said ok will wait for that
Now more then 9 month still they are not resolving that issue is this fraudulent activity which they are doing how can any one trust on this payment gateway
Now please look in to this matter and do close these case
