Intas — Regarding sudden termination without prior notice

As. They don’t gave the reason of sudden termination and haven’t took action against the managers who are guilty as i gave them proof as video snd audio, none of them took action agsinst them, working under them in Patna headquater in intas (optima) mr Chandra Shekhar (rbm) snd mr mohit Srivastav (abm), i followed their instructions as company rule inspite of this they terminated me and not mentioned the reason so i can complaint to the labour ministry
